We do apologise if you have received a faulty item. Please contact us and we’ll work out a way to rectify this for you.
TAX ON NON-UK ORDERS
Customers ordering from outside of the United Kingdom will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order which is automatically applied at the checkout.
Handling and custom fees may apply to orders sent outside of the UK & Northern Ireland. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please note: If you would like to return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
The price of delivery is determined by your shipping location and is calculated at the checkout.
Our fully tracked UK Standard Shipping, delivered by the end of next working day (if ordered by 10am) is charged at £4.95
Tracked International delivery is available from £20.00 dependant on country.

We use Fed-Ex or DHL for all our delivery services.

Yes, you can select the PayPal option at the checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in an original resalable condition with all tags still attached.
Once we receive the returned goods you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. This will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging and we are not responsible for the returns delivery cost. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, worn, washed, or are not in an original sale condition.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once we have received your return and it has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days and the funds should appear in your account within an additional 3-7 days.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Yes, you're welcome to return a sale item as long as the item is returned in it’s original resalable condition with all tags still attached.
